Sinclair is a Kensington based building contractor specialising in residential and commercial construction and maintenance projects.

Our expertise covers refurbishment and new build projects, rear and side extensions, basements, lofts, kitchens and bathrooms, together with ancillary electrical, plumbing, decoration, replacement doors windows and floors, stone iron & lead restoration, damp proof systems, drainage & gutters, air conditioning and security/fire control systems.

Our service is defined by quality, service and value. Work is undertaken by our experienced construction professionals, Gas Safe plumbers and NICEIC electricians and our team of expert tradesmen.

Projects are directly managed by Jeremy Clarke and Sinclair’s team of supervising foremen operating out of our offices and workshop in West Kensington.
